for future meals
direct roasted over the charcoal at 8"in
bone-on split breasts & thighs
2 thighs were for lunch
SOoooo GOOD

i do the breasts mainly for Debbie
part of the breast meat ended up in tonight's soup

That's what I try to do on Sunday for meals during the week. Probably would work a whole lot better if we didn't have unexpected company almost every Sunday night!
