Parmesan Crusty Bone In Thighs
Chicken was on sale so I decided to do something simple tonight with the Akorn in the rain.
Got the Lump hot, rigged a " Hat " to keep the rain out and grilled some Bone In Thighs indirect about 400 degrees for 15 minutes a side then poured some Parmesan Dressing on both sides then directly over the Lump for another 10 minutes each side.
Dusted them with Grated Parmesan and its quick and simple eats for tonight :)

Looks awesome.
I wonder about the parmesan dressing. Sounds like something I might like. Can you tell what it consists of?
