Got my first batch of Sucklebusters a couple of days ago. Braved the cold weather and made our traditional chicken filet burgers, now with clucker dust. Grilled them a few minutes on each side then glazed them with honey bbq sauce.
Wow, that was great. My first time using SB and it made the chicken taste fantastic. My two kids said immediately after the first bite that I must do it like this every time.

Colorado kool aid is what you call it. I learn all the time.
I hate moving the snow around so I avoid it as long as I can.
Good idea GRailsback. Will tell them after they walked the dog.

I just mixed up an oil marinade for 3 boneless skinless breasts. I can't believe how long it took me to figure out doing cutlets vs cooking the whole breast.

What du you mean with cutlets? Is it like I do: I slice the breast in two and knock them flat with a "meat flattener/hammer"JustinCouch wrote:I just mixed up an oil marinade for 3 boneless skinless breasts. I can't believe how long it took me to figure out doing cutlets vs cooking the whole breast.

Go ahead. You will like it. We do this often because it's a healthier alternative to a burger, but still tasty. We use it as a lean weekday dinner (with just a little bit of oven baked fries) so we can have burgers or other fattier food (read more tasteful) in the weekends.Sailor Kenshin wrote:GREAT lookimg plate, Joernolav.
