OOPS, I wasn't paying attention obviously :banghead:
10-4 on Oct. 4&5th.
Matt's Family is getting to the age to where there's lots of fun and enjoyment to be done along with work and household/yard chores to be worked in together. :salut:

Howdy Gents! Sorry for the disappearing act. Work and family has been excessively demanding.

PP - everything you're cooking looks great! They had the head cooks meeting on August 1. Not sure if you were there, but they are changing their spare rib rules. Typically St. Louis style were preferred. This year, however, they have changed it and said they want a full spare rib. We asked for clarification to see if they're serious, because it seemed nuts to us, and are waiting on it.

We'll be there again, in our normal space in the southwest (I think) corner, spaces 5 and 6.

Cool! Don’t know my space yet. I’ll see you there. I didn’t make cooks meeting as i didn’t have confirmed spot. That was last day to pay and if you didn’t space given to next in line Be good to heat what they say about spare ribs.

PP - Just wanted to give you a shout. The Fair Committee changed their minds and, according to the e-mail, will accept either full spare ribs or St. Louis cut.

Look forward to seeing you there.
