Last year’s Hoochie Mama Turkey

Will the real Hoochie Mama Turkey please stand up?

Lemon/butter/rub basted breast. Rubbed with Sucklebusters Hoochie Mama rub and on the XL at 375 indirect for about 2 hours - sugar cane for smoke.

Well they are realistic since they are lopsided. But that’s a neat trick. I take it you just blend the butter and herbs when it is soft then fill the lemons. Once done, freeze them?
