Man that looks so juicy. Here's my lunch today, corned beef and chow chow sammich. Chow is a relish of cauliflowers and other pickles. A fave of mine.

I grew up loving and eating Chow Chow but it was always homemade. You could not buy Chow Chow at the Gro Store. That stuff was call and labeled Relish. Seems to me that Chow Chow always had some obvious sweetness to it also?
