That time of week again! That time again to fire up the grills, smokers, etc... So, what are you cooking this weekend??

Gonna do some grilled chicken thighs and grilled pineapple. And maybe smoke a couple fattys.

Tonight is left over brisket, pork and ribs from the throwdown weekend.

Tomorrow is ??? gonna get some ideas from you guys and gals...on the grill.

Hey everyone - Roadtrip to Jims house tomorrow. I call shotgun!!!

Will be smoking three slabs of Ribs (beef), three whole chickens,a bunch of chicken legs, and OYSTERS on the half shell. the ribs will have different spices, but I will use a coal base, with Pecan wood, Apple chips, and apple pellets. The sides will be Potato salad, Beans, braclii and cheese, and devil eggs.
