Happy birthday to the Wife! I like a nice lobster tail and filet. that seems to go over well.

Happy birthday to your wife, bowhnter!

Again this weekend, the mosquitoes are out in full force so not sure if we'll be able to do anything outside. Les is planning to spray again. He'll probably try fogging again, too! I hate this knowing winter is just around the corner and yet, I'm stuck inside the house!

Happy Birthday to your wife, Mike!

I'm not cookin' anything fancy. Not sure if I'll be cookin' *anythin'*, unless it's nukin' leftovers. Work this weekend, spaced just far enough apart to FUBAR the whole thing, means the grill may sit idle again.

Happy B-day

It's duck tonight, immediately followed by an overnight cook (2 pork butts) for lunch tomorrow with friends :D

How'd you fix that duck? I like duck breasts on the grill. Haven't had any in a long while.

It was a glazed roasted duck (twice cooked); but I tried to cut corners which I found you shouldn't do with a peking duck... It was nice but the skin wasn't crispy enough (since the all fat hadn't melted of yet).
Lesson learned: slow cook the duck don't raise the temp and half the cooking time!
It still had a nice taste :)
