Started with 1 pound of 80/20 ground chuck. Mixed in a little Worcestershire sauce, lime juice, and grillin' spice mix. Made 2 nice lightly packed burgers.
sprinkled with some salt & grillin' spice. ready for the grill
Almost done---just had to put this one in for someone because of the grill marks
Put on the fresh kaiser rolls- slathered them with garlic butter first
Toasting the rolls and melting a thick slice of Munster cheese on the burgers
Some Dijon mustard on the roll and a big scoop of potato salad. Ready to eat.
