Friday Night Hamburgers

Postby OSD » Fri Sep 14, 2007 7:37 pm

Started with 1 pound of 80/20 ground chuck. Mixed in a little Worcestershire sauce, lime juice, and grillin' spice mix. Made 2 nice lightly packed burgers.

Image
sprinkled with some salt & grillin' spice. ready for the grill

Image
Almost done---just had to put this one in for someone because of the grill marks

Image
Put on the fresh kaiser rolls- slathered them with garlic butter first

Image
Toasting the rolls and melting a thick slice of Munster cheese on the burgers

Image
Some Dijon mustard on the roll and a big scoop of potato salad. Ready to eat.

I sure wish I'd been invited to partake of one of those! They look awesome! Much better than my chicken fajitas cooked inside on top of the stove. lol
