Boneless shoulder roast!

Postby Txdragon » Sat Nov 30, 2013 7:29 pm

Wondering what to throw on the grill tonight, stopped at HEB to see what grabbed my attention. Saw a nice chuck roast so I asked if they could cut one a bit thicker for me. They brought me a whole boneless shoulder instead.. Good price so I got it. Brought it home and carved a piece off and here she is in the beginning stages..

Thank you! This got DEMOLISHED. Think I managed 2 slices from this 6 lb hunk lol. I am cooking for 10 and our landlord's kiddos USED to be picky about everything they ate.. Until I came to town!! No matter what I throw on the pit now, they do NOT question it :laughing7:

I told her youngest boy he was eating raccoon, right after he took a big ol' bite of brisket.. The look on his face was priceless. Lol
