Delicious meal, Sapo! I could use a Tex-Mex fix 'bout now. Fajitas are a go-to meal around my cocina, too, usually chicken. Never tried the short loin for beef fajitas, but I refuse to buy flank or skirt steak these days.

I love fajitas! We have them quite often around here. My daughter and I are the only ones who'll eat guacomole. I could eat it everyday!
