Postby Surfinsapo » Wed Nov 14, 2007 1:06 am

I got some good rub from sucklebusters and
used it on spanish mackeral & Bluefish. It came
out great if you like Cajun flavor fish....Has
anyone ever tried blackening this kind of fish?
Try it you'll like it!!! :D Sucklebusters Rocks!!!

I have always eaten my fish fried, after seeing your last fish post I tried it.
It was really good. Mine did not come out quite as black as yours. Maybe I need more heat. I used the gasser, with griddle.
Thanks to you we gonna do it again. CF
OK, get over it, you lost. God bless America
