Hello all. I am new to this forum and live in the Netherlands. BBQ we do much less in the Netherlands than in America. I watch a lot of YouTube to learn from you Americans. America is the land of the real BBQ. I recently started filming my BBQ adventures and would like to show you. Maybe you have tips? Will you let me know what you think. Hope you will help me 100 subscribers on YouTube. I recently made a Potchetta on my Big Green Egg Large with Joetisserie Kamado Joe. Was very tasty. BBQ greetings from Holland, the land of cheese and tulips

I've cooked Porchetta in the oven before, and now that I am the proud owner of a KJ grill I think I am going to have to try this. For those of us in Tejas (Dallas) where would you go to get a skin on pork belly like that? My goto spot is Rudolph's in downtown but I didn't know if anyone had other places they go.
