a small rack of lamb on the OldSmokey
at 8" above the coals, for about 20'mins - to 145°
Collard greens in the pressure cooker for 20'mins

We have lamb at least once a week here, we love lamb. My wife's fave is lamb cutlets done in tandoori paste.
