Gasser Steak and Chimichurri

Postby rus_bro » Wed Feb 01, 2017 9:09 am

Just a quick meal on a Tuesday night. Sirloin with a little Breauxly Cow (holy cow w/ cayenne) on the Weber gas, a age old family recipe for Chimichurri that i found online a while back, and the wife threw together some Asparagus.

For something thrown together, came out great. I liked the colors, so thought id share. :)

Looks nice rus bro. I love asparagus, have you tried pan frying and at the end a bit of. Balsamic vinegar. It's real nice.

Russ, we ahve done the Asparagus SOO many different ways over the years. I just love it. The balsamic vinegar always works well on it and i may have to add in that pan frying as a last step next time to give it a little "grit".
