Chicken Roll's

Postby Williep » Fri Feb 03, 2017 7:46 am

Decided to do some skinless chicken breast's like the steak roll's. Seasoned them up and put in refrigerator for about 6 hour's, then tenderized, filled with onion, bell pepper, green onion, rolled up and wrapped in bacon. Cooked with hickory for about an hour, the last 10 or 15 minute's they got a good coating of raspberry chipotle sauce.
