In an attempt to be healthy, we opted for salmon Thursday. Fresh Scottish salmon bought in Seabrook.
Seasoned with a peppery blend
Going with the seafaring theme
And plated with a fresh salad and boiled corn. Felt good to eat healthy. So good, we had steak tonight!
