Simple Sirloin Burgers

Postby woodenvisions » Mon Feb 27, 2017 8:48 pm

So last night my brother sends me home with some fresh Sirloin Burgers.

Oh man, these were good on the skillet with just S&P , grilled onions, ketchup ( catsup ) or however you want to call it lol.American cheese , maters and mayo with salad green mix on a potato bun.

Definitely a repeat soon !

Appreciate it guys, we were happy with the results.
I'm not sure what it is about burgers on a flat top, they just have more flavor ( grease )... than over an open flame.

Wv just a quick question on ya burger, I'd give it 10 out of 10. But do you guys put beetroot in your burgers. McDonalds do a kiwi burger here that has beetroot in it. My wife grows it and I bottle it. Just a thought.

Believe it or not Russ, I've NEVER had Beetroot in my life. It looks too much like a Raddish and I'm not too big on them.
What does it taste like ?

We all cook and bottle in vinegar and water and sugar. A beetroot and onion sammich is one my faves. Beetroot in a burger for me.
I see where you are coming from though. :chef: :chef:
