well I guess the steaks I cooked were good enough to merit me cooking again. this time it will be burgers and dogs, 100 of each. I am looking forward to tomorrow. yall wish me luck!

using the same pig cooker as the steak cooking. I am going to drop the grate waaaaaayyyy down to prevent flare up. as for the dogs I am going to put them to the side to warm up evenly

just got through cooking about 100 hamburgers and 75 hot dogs. used 1 1/2 bags of kingsford. all in all the burgers sucked. they were the premade pattys from sams. had an off taste to them. I wish I could have made my own burgers. its sad when someone takes a bite of the burgers I cook and does not like them. I am very proud of my burgers.

Hate to hear something like that. I just don't like those pre-made burger's unless there from a meat market. Better luck next time.

Agreed…anybody that ate your burgers and has cooked any for themselves would know it's the patty not the cook.

Just like Willie P - the only premade patties I'll cook are from the Meat Market. Even then I make my own when possible.
