Finally a day off with no where to go and nothing to do except watch cars go round and round and cook and eat....

I watch that round d' round racing too. My boy Dale E. Jr. never wins. That's why I sit out by the smoker on race day.

Thanks guys,

I always leave it unsauced because I like a vinegar based sauce on pulled pork and my wife doesn't so we add at the time of making the sandwich or in my case sandwiches!
