Got 5 Tritips seasoned up . Going try to do them in stages on me Weber Kettle.

Sorry bout the delay for photo of final product
Was going to enter this photo in the throw down but I wasn't happy with the background so here it is.
Tri tips came out really good was able to get all 5 done in 2 stages on the Weber. Two of the largest ones on the first stage then the three smaller ones next. Had just enough medium cooked meat from the pointy ends of the Tritips to keep the over cooked folk happy.
Got to give credit to Gator. His SPG rub was a big hit with the crowd. It's my go to rub for beef from now on.
It was a fun night...probably drank a little more then I should have but a least I did refrain from partaking when the Irish Car Bombs came out
