Texas Burgers
finally had some decent weather yesterday (although it won't last, weatherman says it's going to start snowing tonight), so I put a couple of burgers out on the grill and enjoyed a Shiner or two while they were cooking.
I really wanted to submit something for the latest showdown, but the weather just didn't permit any worthwhile smoking.
