Thighs, glorious thighs

Even Mondays can be enjoyable with the right amount of Miller lite and chicken thighs. By the way, has anybody tryed using grape vine for wood yet?

I have used some grape vine when I was in the Hill Country and it was pretty decent

I injected them with apple and grape juice mixed with salt and sugar

Forgot to say we cut up about six red potatoes along with some onions, butter and associated seasoning. Foiled it and cooked it for about an hour. You can see there were no leftovers.

Being a moist cut of foul to begin with, it's like going for 2 points instead of just the one !

I'm gonna suggest something. Grab urself a Redd's Apple Ale and Fireball Whiskey if you happen to tip back any at all and inject that combo into ur thighs, that flavor is off the charts.
Just favor the amounts towards the Apple Ale with the ratio.

If you can't find one then ask your local Vet - those work great and you can clean them easily
