Prepairing For Easter Sunday

Postby Williep » Sat Apr 15, 2017 11:22 am

I'll be making up about 16 hamburger patties in the morning for the grill and that many hot dog's will hit the grill around 1pm. For appetizers I'll slice up bit size steak wraps so I decided to go ahead and put them together today. Looking forward to tomorrow.

6 lbs of 80%/20% ground chuck = 19 patties, seasoned with Bolner's Hamburger Deluxe and topped with a little coarse ground black pepper.
