Lazyburgers

Postby Sailor Kenshin » Sat Apr 15, 2017 8:10 pm

Got some chuck patties out of the freezer, defrosted, flattened, then treated to our SuperSecretSpecial Shake (ie: dregs of this rub 'n' that mixed all together). Toasted the club rolls, grilled the patties, slapped on cheese, onion, pickle, ketchup and mayo. Served with these Sweet Spicy Chili chips, which were evilicious....I think there were three of them left by the end.

The lazy part is, we did it on the mini-gas.

Ain't no shame or laziness in lp, I've had some amazing burgers done over a lp flame. That looks good Sailor.

At least the weather is finally nice enough up here to set all of our canopies (snow season should be over), so this grilling can be done in the rain without any problem.

It's so nice having a real burger!
