Well, I think my FIL will choose his words more carefully next time I make us lunch
Used the Black Stone this go around with 80/20,Thomas's Nook & Crannies Bagels as the buns.
Fried onions, perfectly ripe tomatoes, iceberg lettuce, sweet & spicy relish, havarti and Cooper cheese stuffed inside these 1 pounders !! Mixed Apple wood spice mix into the ground burger and..
Man were these really good and juicy..
Feels like I ate a lead weight tho, gonna take an unscheduled napp I think lol...

Re: ( He said he was hungry )
Em, I think he learned his lesson, we both hobbled around like a weeble wobble ..
I laughed watching him climb the ladder 2 stories up to clean the gutters. Then Deb laughed at us both while we carried a HUGE curio cabinet up 2 flights of steps..
Next time we do the chores first, ...
Russ, thanks man although i think I still fell short of my other burger post a while back. Either way, we tore these up ...
Sailor, I'm sure you could ( force ) urself to down one of these, we did ...
I didn't eat for the rest of the night tho :)
Bsooner,
Yeah, sometimes I go a little overboard. But, as I always say....It's better to have too much grub than not enough:)
Chris,
Thank You !!
I kept looking at the Akorn and Royal Oak Lump, but the Black Stone was calling out for meat patties so I went with a flat top with a circle of steam around the burger under a lid, works great.
Txdragon,
Sorry man, lol. I'm really not an evil person, unless we include towards enemies, lol.
I am guilty, ( or was ) guilty of being really hungry tho, so my eyes were bigger than my stomach.
