Gale Force Grillin

Postby OldUsedParts » Thu May 04, 2017 12:42 pm

I thought I'd posted this but for some reason I can't find it so here goes again.

Even tho we've got strong and gusty winds hammering us out there I decided to find a semi-protected spot and fire up some charcoal to do me a Ribeye and the Wiffy a Poke Chop. My steak will be accompanied by a small bake red tater filled with all the trimmings and he poke chop will be resting next to a baked and loaded yam. Bowls or rabbit vittles for both of us also. Can't go wrong with Suckle Buster's SPG but Wiffy wanted Rib Tickler dusting on hers. So let me say that "Lunch was Larapin" :chef:

Lol, don't know why I'm not big on pork, wife's the same, but kids love it, I used to eat pork chops as a kid, so don't know why I'm averse to them now. When we win meat raffles the kids get the pork. Pork crackling is one my and my wife's fave. I made some yesterday to take to the pub. Making more this afternoon. Guys at the pub love it.

Lol, I'll post a pic later when I make mine under a new thread. It's very hard to get good Crackling but I've perfected it. I get 10/10 from everyone that tries it.

I'll bet that they would be awesome if you could dust them with some Suckle Busters Texas Jalapeno Gunpowder right when they are finished up :salut:
