Fixin what ain't broke

Postby OldUsedParts » Mon May 15, 2017 12:02 pm

I used to do my Sheeken Wangs by marinating in Allegro Hot and Spicy and then over the hot coals until done. Then I discovered Suckle Busters Hootchie Mama and Chipotle Sauce and I gladly and happily changed. However, the Wiffy wanted me to do hers the old way and with Williams Chicken Tickler so, at a weak moment, I decided to do mine with Allegro Hot and Spicy BUT sprinkled with Suckle Busters Habanero Rub. Everything was ?OK? but I'm going back to the old Gang, Hootchie and Chip. Leftovers should make some good supper tacos and also "lesson learned".

The TWO (yup s'all she wanted) that are perpendicular to the grill bars are the Wussie Wangs the ones that are parallel to the grill bars are semi-wild wings. :dont:

They look pretty tasty to me.

You never know if your doing it the right way, until you do it the wrong way.

thanks, Gents, they were good but I've been spoiled by Hootchie and Chip so I'm going back to the old Gang from now on :salut:
