Diablos & Street Corn

Postby bsooner75 » Sat May 27, 2017 8:48 pm

Did some diablos with Meat Church Dia De Los Fajita seasoning and some Mexican Street Corn. Turn out excellent. I've actually used boneless skinless breasts lately and they work out nicely. Just get the fat ones so you can filet and stuff them.

Thanks guys.

Yea Russ. Ordered a "poultry lacing kit" off Amazon. No need for the string but the pins beat the heck out of tooth picks.

Looks really good, how was the fajita seasoning? Was it spicy or just right?

Got just a slight kick to it. Which we consider just about perfect.
