Korean style chicken alfredo

Postby woodenvisions » Sun May 28, 2017 10:08 am

I think we're gonna turn into walking chicken thighs as much as I've been cooking them lately.

Marinated thighs for 3 days with Korean BBQ marinade and then hit them with the rest of the Texas Gold Dust on top of the marinade and threw them in the Big Easy basket for 30 minutes or so.
Let them sit on the cutting board for 20 minutes and disected them ( as the wife and I were fighting over the crisp skin ) .
Boiled some Rigatoni and the wifey made home made Alfredo sauce.
Big ole salad on the side and the rest is history.
She did however say to me....
Whatever you did with that chicken, we need to keep doing it that way !!

Thanks all !!
I'll definitely be doing it this way again, I've gotten my orders already lol..

Justin, sure of course. It's a recipe I found on Yummly, my go to site for new ideas.
I followed the recipe mostly, just added shredded parmesan as well, and double the garlic, and lemon pepper spice.
I'll post it here in a few minutes.

Here ya go...
