Mini peet-suzz, Big yum !!

Postby woodenvisions » Thu Jun 08, 2017 8:24 pm

So we felt like pizza tonight and instead of take out, we picked up some naan bread, pepperoni, onions, Peppers, pizza sauce, Italian sausage ( fresh from the butcher ) shredded mozz, and fresh loaf mozz and after 6 minutes on the Akorn at 550 and a stone with semolina, we were chowin down !!

Good night for stoned pizza

bsooner, TX1911,

They were small, but the consistency of this type of bread really does work well for pizza on a hot stone.

Russ, I'm not a huge fan of curry, what do you put with the curry tho ?

Chris and sailor,
I've found this way to be better than anything I've tried before, even Joisey and the Big Apple folk would be surprised :)

Emm, thx dude.
I'm just one of many on here that do pizzas, I enjoy drooling with the rest of us :)

As for the log, believe It or not, I had NO part in making this one lol. A gift from my sis, and yes, it's a White Birch from her property.
I'm thinking of rounding up some fallen Birch myself, we are surrounded by them.
I figure I can expand our Etsy shop and maybe offer these as well. We might go offer shadow boxes too with L.E.D lit shelving, I've done 2 for family, they are pretty amazing at night with Crystal or Glass knik knacks

Such beautiful bark (not the brisket kind) - - - - for some reason they always remind me of a Canoe with Pokie Hauntus paddling it. :dont: ;)
