Just the facts:
Wondered if marinating a burger was possible. Bought local fresh burgers. Used Memphis Sweet 'n' Spicy.
Toasted bun. Accompaniments: bacon, raw white onyown, toasted onyown, dill relish, American and Habanero chez slices, ketchup, mayo.
Turns out we coulda just brushed the sauce on for same effect. Move along, folks, nothin' to see.
(Semi-conscious after finishing 90% of a half-pound burger.)

I'm not kidding when I say that I LIKE THAT BURGER only thing I would have changed is NO KATsup and Jalapeno Relish instead of Dill - - - - but nothing to keep me from saying pass my plate over here.

It was as good as it looks, too. And I managed to avoid overcooking it on the small gas grill (I just waited till the mooing stopped).
