How many use the smoke method on a weber Kettle?

I use minon method with weber charcoal baskets 6-8 lit coals on top of a basket of unlit and a few chunks of wood

I've used the snake plenty in the past. Very good method for me. I just recently got a Slow n Sear but haven't got a chance to use it yet.

Used to use it way back in the day. Since I got my new kettle I also got a slownsear. Works pretty dang good.
