10-4 back when I got addicted to this "hobby" the Family was larger and closer so leftovers didn't last long enough to get to the freezer or vacuum sealer and I'm still addicted but the herd ain't around to help.

I haven't done a pork loin in ages. They always come out dryer then a cork.
