Blackstone Chicken Fajitas

Postby bsooner75 » Tue Jun 20, 2017 9:21 pm

Did some Chicken Fajitas on the Blackstone griddle tonight. Seasoned with Meat Church Dia De Los Fajita. Came out excellent. The corn was a surprise winner…wasn't sure how it would turn out.

Fajitas look really good, sooner. That's on my short list to do.

My attempt at griddled corn was a nice surprise as well.

One a side note I griddled chicken breasts with CluckerDust to use in chicken spaghetti and they came out fantastic. Barely had enough left over for the dish after sampling.... and sampling.... and....... well you get the idea.

It's amazing how it disappears when you start slicing :)

Clucker dust chicken spaghetti sounds very interesting!
