Haven't done them in a while but I used to Grill Portabellas just like a burger pattie with melted cheese on top and then onto a Hamburger Bun with all the fixins. Don't know why I stopped and I need to do it again soon.

Emm, yeah, those are GREAT that way. I've had plenty like that, but I've always used fresh baked Onion Rolls, really good stuff for sure.

I have a question for you barbecue boys. I would like to grill some portabellas like OUP was talking about. My question is how do you prepare the portabellas for grilling? I was thinking maybe brushing with a little EVOO?
