Blackstone Breakfast
OK... so there's nothing really magical about this - I mean, you could do this indoors on the stove if you wanted..... BUT - food just tastes better when cooked outdoors for some reason.
Maple sausage biscuit (oven cooked biscuit) with a 4 egg, sausage, cheese omelet - portioned out naturally. I've been having a blast using the Blackstone for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Enjoy.........

Re: Blackstone Breakfast
darn, I. Forgot about this, I had my shower and automatically put toast on and had marmalade on toast with a cup of earl Gray tea. I forgot about the omelette, nuts. Ok, now I'm putting eggs in a bowl by the oven so I remind myself. Omelette tomorrow. It was only seeing this thread that reminded me.

Hey there sooner,
I'm not 100% sure, but I THINK we talked about it a ways back ? It involved using prime rib / rib eye for the steaks, sliced real thin.
Lol, if I remember correctly, you ( just as I did ) had a hard time with cutting that cut for sammiches ??
If it wasn't, then I'll let you know I used that method along with Provolone, Havarti, shrooms, onions, peppers and some Slap Ya Mama. And of course, a GOOD roll is the foundation imo.
I figure it will probably cost about 30$ just in rib meat for 4 people, but for about 10$ a person for a quality Cheesesteak when all is said and done, it's a great deal I think.
