Cordon Bleu Weiners

Fired up the kettle yesterday and through on a favorite at our house.. Cordon Bleu Weiners .... Basically a hotdog split down the middle and filled with baby swiss and wrapped in bacon

Yo Don, I'm a Hot Dog fanatic, had my own hot dog biz for a while and I'm so happy to see these !
I've had these, almost exactly like this here, only difference was I made ( pretzel ) buns.

I know just how tasty these are, and how lucky ur family is to be eating these !!

Looks great man, Enjoy those beauties :)

So simple, but yet so tasty. Do you have a favored brand of weiner? (waits patiently while y'all get it all out of your system) I have yet found one that is my go to favorite.

We have a 16 month old boy that LOVES the ( Hot Dog Hot Dog Hot Digity Dog ) song from Mickey Mouse..
We hear it EVERY morning and night, and today was the exception. We got a ( pass ) on it cuz he was sidetracked with the lawnmower outside....


Then.........I read comment and I just shook my head and laughed !

I really like the taste and flavor of Thumanns ( I get them at Hirsch in Plano Texas)

I'm a Sabrett or Hebrew National guy if u can find them, must be natural casings tho for me. I got no time for ( Skinless ) dogs.
