ECBocalypse NOW

Postby OldUsedParts » Sat Jul 22, 2017 12:38 pm

"I love the smell of Kingsford in the morning"

With the Wiffy's appts, eating out and indoor kitchen cooking all last week, I was having major Charcoal Withdrawals which I fixed today with some
Fresh Pork Sausage Links from Hebert's Specialty Meats (best I've ever eaten)
Bacon, cream cheese and Owens hot sausage ABT's
SuckleBusters Chipotle Sauced Grilled Shrimp
and Corn on the Cob

I know it looks like finger food but it was Lunch for me  :texas:

You're welcome to a Plate "AFTER" the Wiffy gets up and has her pic - - - "Ladies First Yanno?"

We call them "Willie Pins" because WillieP a member here turned us all onto these and they work quite well - - - "hint" just be sure and clean them well after using (or they will rust a tad :banghead: )

Pork Links went on at 10:30 and came off at 12:00
ABT's went on at 10:30 and came off at 11:30
Shrimps went on at 11:00 and came off with ABTs

I like my pork links cooked to almost crisp and these are the kind that you can do that with and end up with great snacking sausage.
