SWMBO requested Hamburgers today so Hamburgers it was. I must admit, she had a good idea. I dusted my patty with SuckleBusters Campfire Steak Seasoning and I'll be doing that again
I always put the roasted own-yawns and jalapenos plus the pepper jack on my "non-cremated" patty and let it melt everything together on the Pit.
Started to put some bacon in there but t'wernt no room.

Looking good emm, I've seen on here where the meat is stuffed with cheese then cooked,did you do it that way? I'm gunna do these soon. You don't put an egg in there ?
