Chicken Fajitas... Blackstone Style

Postby txsmkmstr » Thu Aug 03, 2017 10:50 am

First attempt at chicken fajitas... well, any fajitas in fact. Hard to see the chicken for all of the other goodness - - - griddled onions, green peppers, lettuce, shred cheese and lime/cilantro salsa all on a corn tortilla - - - but it was delicious. A definite keeper. Enjoy and thanks for looking.

Thanks all.... This griddle is a hoot. I have yet to cook something that wasn't really tasty. Lots of ideas for future cooks and I'm really looking forward to cooler weather. Standing over this thing in 90* plus temps is a bit taxing yet the cold beers make it bearable.

Never met a Fajita that I didn't like and I really like the looks of yours!
