Barb threw some kabobs together tonight for dinner. I got a text around 5;15 pm saying it was up to me to Que them.
I had to cut Happy hour short and get home to fire up the Weber Kettle
Besdes the beef being a little on the tough side.....it all turned out OK

Looking good. I have been wanting to do some shrimp kabobs, these just made up my mind for me.

No pounding. Barb had them all made up when I got home.
I would have marinated the meat in Yoshidas for a while . That stuff could tenderize shoe leather. Don't know what cut of cow it was. She found it in the 50% off bin.
I should say it wasn't exactly tough but took more then a couple chews before swallowing.

Those look nice. I love cooking, eating Kabobs…hate skewering them.

They certainly look well worth the extra chews now I'm hungry for K-Bobs
