BCBird on ECB

Postby OldUsedParts » Sun Sep 10, 2017 12:00 pm

We've had the munchies for some beer can chicken and I finally got around to fixing one today.
Nothing new or eventful, but I'm expecting juicy enjoyment very soon.

of that new jar of homemade okra that my neighbor brought me the other day.

Thanks, Wild Bill
The Rub makes the pot liquor appear reddish, but believe me, the juices ran clear from the Carcass when slicing. The Wiffy wanted a breast meat sammich and I decided to start with the wings and go from there "duh". I'll probably finish cutting it up later and just pick the Carcass bones for Supper.

Well, as planned, I picked the carcass clean and made some Tacos. The Wiffy said I looked like a Buzzard on a Mid-August Road Kill while doing it but it is done. Even tho you can't see the meat, there is a lot on each one and this is way more food than I usually eat in the ennin's. Can you say Pepcid AC ?

You done good.....again, I can't wait to do a double or triple for my family this coming summer. The moistness of it done this way is unbelievable. Anyone hasn't tried this.....needs too.
