Leftovers

Postby bondobill » Mon Sep 18, 2017 8:38 am

Had some leftover broccoli salad and some hashbrown bake from a Salmon BBQ I did on Saturday.
Salmon was all gone and we had a craving for some beef. Found a nice bonein Ribeye for me and a tenderloin for me wife.

A little reverse sear on the kettle....

I'm thinking OUP would have enjoyed this...I know I did.

One more minute per side and perfect, but I understand I'm in the minority. Looks great (for y'all) :deadhorse: :D :D :D :D

Exactly like my wife likes, mines not that well done, but I'd still eat it.

You're correct.....1 more minute per side on a reverse sear would of been perfect...but I had let the IT temp during the indirect grilling go above 115.

1 more minute per side and it would have ended up being Bucks meal.
