Cornish hens
Just lit the grill for some Cornish hens that I have had in the brine. Do y'all think they should be seasoned more or just the brine?

I'd do either a good rub or a good S&P if it we're me.

Sorry this is late but rinse them off real good then rub w/ olive oil and season. Clucker Dust if you got it!
