I'm changin' my mind on the back half (mostly point). I think it will slice better. I'm keepin' it whole, and we'll reheat it tomorrow night at the Pastor's house. That will be the test.

Not sure if this has anything to do with it but I’ll ask anyway…How long are you letting it rest before slicing. To me waiting till it drops to 150 degrees has been the magic number for slicing.

Also, slow cooker chili sounds good…
No OUP…I don’t want your recipe :) although I can subtract a certain ingredient just as easy.
