Smokey Sunday
I bought a decent looking little rack of baby backs today. The smoker is running a little hot but I think it will cool off in a little while. I hope it turns out better than the last few racks ive done. I hope everyone is having a fun and safe weekend.

Not a lot of pullback but I like the color. None of that matters as long as it tastes good.

These look good, I'd tuck into that. You got 'ol Joe rolling now I think.

Re: Smokey Sunday
A combination of doing away with all the internet moods and dry wood really made a diff on the way these things tasted. I also went with b and g lump coals. Now I have to learn how to keep the temps a little lower and improve my seasoning profile. Thank all of Yall for the advice.
