Thighs

The more i eat them the more I like them. I dusted these with the jalapeño garlic seasoning along with cavenders salt and pepper. I used a couple of hickory chunks for smoke. They turned out great.

Try this sometime.......
Grab that skin before anyone gets it, make sure it's real crispy and then dice it up.
Sprinkle it on top of home made mashed garlic potatoes, it's incredible like that :):)

the trick is to find them for .99¢#
a lot of stores are getting as much as $1.40# now
i can still get a 6pack of thighs at ALDI for .99¢#
and Sam's sells a big pack 12? I think for .99¢#
Debbie only likes breast meat so when i buy them i wrap them individually in plastic wrap and then freeze them in a freezer bag.
I put the number I want in the fridge the day before i want to cook and they'll be defrosted when it's time to cook.
I always make sure i have some in the freezer
