Not a problem, Josh-a-roux, just as long as it's cooked south of the Red River, West of the Sabine, East of the Rio Grande and North of the Gulf of Mexico - - - - - so just "Git'er Done" OH, and Pics are required to avoid any penalties

I'm not a slave to the routine of Turkey on thanksgiving. I honestly like turkey any time of the year but normally buy a couple during this time since they drop <1.00 per lb or better.

I’ve actually noticed an increase in people saying they are doing briskets lately. Not a bad plan. We are probably going to family’s so we will be eating their turkey. But like Dragon, I bought a couple for the freezer.
