Nice brisk night to light the Lump and grill with the Paella Pan on the Akorn.
Chunked up some Breasts, cubed some Carrots, sliced some red & green Peppers, chopped some Broccoli Spears and cubed some Cremini Shrooms. Seasoned with SB SPG and Tony Chachere's, drizzled some Olive Oil and cooked the veggies to about 75% on the Paella Pan at about 500 degrees.
Seared the Chicken, then everything went together and mixed in some SBR Teriyaki Sauce which imho tastes great !
Let sit for about 10 minutes at about 650 degrees and then placed it over some Paella Rice.

Good stuff :):)ImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImage

Ok, if you happen to notice, it's 3:15am as I am writing this. I couldn't sleep so I stumbled into the kitchen for a cup and then came to check on my BBQ Bros. Should be perfectly safe at that hour, right? :dont: But Noooo, here is another post from the land of "A whole lot colder than I ever want to be." He even says in the title its 30 degrees, so how much effort could really be going into the dish when I would be wrapped up like an Eskimo?? Once again knocked it out of the park. You take simple dishes an elevate them to a whole new dimension, and document it beautifully as well. Thanks for the inspiration, :chef: :chef: :chef: :chef:

Hey thanks all !!
I'm not sure it's worthy of all of that, but again, thanks girls and guys.
It was actually really simple and quick, I'm pretty sure without that Paella pan it wouldn't have come out as good.
